Simon J Harrison

I'm a British author, illustrator, and artist who believes the best stories are the ones that make us laugh. With a background in both fine art and a career as a driving instructor, I bring a unique and grounded perspective to my writing.
​Inspired by my own children, I found a passion for creating whimsical and mischievous tales that are as fun for parents to read as they are for kids. My debut book, "Flatulent-Fuelled Granny Pat & The Diamond Meat Mob’s Revenge," blends my love for comedy with my artistic background, creating a visual and narrative style that is all my own.
​When I'm not teaching new drivers or sketching out my next character, I'm usually kept on my toes by my own family, who remind me daily that the best stories are the ones that make us all giggle.
